Google Street View Trusted is a program created by Google to help searchers find local businesses. The goal of the program is to help searchers find local business and inspire confidence among potential guest.

Why would I want Google Virtual Tour for my Business?

Virtual Tours with Google My Business increase sales, foot traffic, trust, and web visibility. The virtual tour will also increase your local Google ranking. We feel Google Business StreetView Photography is one the best digital marketing tools available. Study after study has shown that having a Google Virtual Tour helps increase guest confidence, search ranking, and support decision-making.

Is there a monthly charge for the Google Virtual Tour?

Many people have the same question, and the answer is always the same. There is no monthly charge for a Google Virtual Tour. 

How long will it take?

Keep in mind; every business is different, so the time varies depending on several factors. Here are some examples of the time required to capture the virtual tour.

• Small Coffee Shop – 15 minutes

• Small Restaurant – 30 minutes

• Large Restaurant – 45 minutes

• Hotel – 2 hours

• Apartment Complex – 3 hours

It will take 2-5 business days for the tour to be published on Google.

How many businesses have you onboarded for virtual tours? 

I have helped countless small businesses and many others as well. I was selected to be part of the Google team that photographed all the Choice and Best Western hotels for the hotel program.

I also have created countless virtual tours for Apartments.

How we shoot? 

We typically shoot virtual tours using DSLR cameras, however we do offer tours using our sperical cameras which work fine for most businesses. Please note these may not provide the results of DSLR cameras but offer affordability for virtual tours.

Can I put the Google Virtual Tour on my website?

Yes you can embed the Google Virtual Tour on your website, or social media pages.

Please note that purchases are FINAL and we do not offer refunds. Existing account balances cannot be redeemed for a cash or credit refund. You may cancel your order for our products and services at no cost by providing a notice of a minimum of 24 hours before the agreed upon appointment time. You must cancel your service request via telephone or email. However, once any of the work is performed or services are rendered by threesixtyone media to perform or produce any part of the product and/or service, you are liable for full payment of the entire order amount. You are liable for all work performed and services rendered.

If there is a conflict or disagreement with the photography or service and it is reported within a reasonable time period (Approximately 7 days), I will do everything possible to rectify the problem and make you happy. This is handled on a case by case basis depending on situation and may include re-performing and/or reproducing parts of the service. Resolution must be agreed upon by both parties before reshoots.
